Meet the group at the Prairie Island Camground Campstore. Using the food safe buckets, walk over to the Sugarbush to pour sap from the collection bags into the buckets. The buckets will then be carried back to the store to be filtered, measured, and poured into the holding tank until we are ready to cook.
Bring a half-pint jar, get a half-pint of syrup.
Requirements:
Dress for the weather, wearing gloves, shoes that are comfortable, slightly waterproof, and able to get dirty,
Be able to walk on natural surfaces, carrying 15-30lbs of liquid in 5-gallon buckets.
